A shekarar 2025, sama da kashi 68% na hadurran batirin lantarki masu ƙafa biyu sun samo asali ne daga lalacewar Tsarin Gudanar da Baturi (BMS), a cewar bayanan Hukumar Kula da Electrotechnical ta Duniya. Wannan na'urar auna ƙwayoyin lithium sau 200 a cikin daƙiƙa guda, tana aiwatar da ayyuka uku masu kiyaye rai:
1. Tsaron Wutar Lantarki
• Katsewar caji fiye da kima: Yana rage wutar lantarki daga >4.25V/cell (misali, 54.6V ga fakitin 48V) yana hana ruɓewar electrolyte
• Ceto Mai Ƙarfin Wutar Lantarki: Yana tilasta yanayin barci a <2.8V/cell (misali, <33.6V ga tsarin 48V) yana hana lalacewa mai canzawa
