Yadda Ake Zaɓar Tsarin Batirin Lithium Mai Daidaita Amfani da Makamashi Don Gidanka

Mataki na 1: Fara da Inverter

Injin canza wutar lantarki shine zuciyar tsarin ajiyar makamashin ku, yana canza wutar lantarki ta DC daga batura zuwa wutar AC don amfanin gida.ƙimar wutar lantarkikai tsaye yana shafar aiki da farashi. Don ƙayyade girman da ya dace, lissafta girman kubuƙatar wutar lantarki mafi girma.

Misali:
Idan yawan amfani da ku ya haɗa da wurin girki na induction mai ƙarfin 2000W da kuma kettle na lantarki mai ƙarfin 800W, jimlar ƙarfin da ake buƙata shine 2800W. Idan aka yi la'akari da yuwuwar ƙaruwar amfani da shi a cikin ƙayyadaddun samfura, zaɓi inverter mai aƙalla inverterƘarfin 3kW(ko sama da haka don ƙarin tsaro).

Muhimman Abubuwan da ke Cikin Wutar Lantarki:

Da zarar an zaɓi inverter, tsara bankin batirinka. Don tsarin 48V, batirin lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) zaɓi ne mai shahara saboda aminci da tsawon rai. Batirin 48V LiFePO4 yawanci yana ƙunshe daKwayoyin halitta 16 a cikin jerin(3.2V a kowace tantanin halitta).

Mataki na 3: Zaɓi Wayoyi da Kariya Sassan

Kebul da sandunan bas:

  • Kebulan Fitarwa:Don wutar lantarki ta 150A, yi amfani da wayar jan ƙarfe mai girman murabba'in mm 18 (wanda aka ƙiyasta a 8A/mm²).
  • Masu haɗawa tsakanin tantanin halitta:Zaɓi sandunan ƙarfe masu haɗa aluminum da tagulla masu faɗin murabba'in mita 25 (wanda aka ƙididdige a 6A/mm²).

Hukumar Kariya (BMS):
ZaɓiTsarin sarrafa batir mai ƙimar 150A (BMS)Tabbatar da cewa ya ƙayyadeci gaba da ƙarfin halin yanzu, ba wutar lantarki mafi girma ba. Don saitunan batura da yawa, zaɓi BMS tare daayyukan iyakance wutar lantarki masu layi ɗayako ƙara wani sinadari mai layi ɗaya na waje don daidaita nauyi.

Mataki na 4: Tsarin Baturi Mai Layi

Ajiye makamashin gida sau da yawa yana buƙatar bankunan batir da yawa a layi ɗaya.na'urori masu alaƙa da aka amince da suko kuma BMS mai daidaita daidaito a ciki don hana rashin daidaiton caji/fitar da caji. A guji haɗa batura marasa daidaito don tsawaita tsawon rai.

Nasihu na Ƙarshe

  • Sanya fifikoKwayoyin LiFePO4don aminci da tsawon lokacin zagayowar.
  • Tabbatar da takaddun shaida (misali, UL, CE) ga duk sassan.
  • Tuntuɓi ƙwararru don shigarwa mai sarkakiya.
