Aikin BMS
(1) Fahimta da aunawa. Aunawa shine a fahimci yanayin batirin.

(2) Ƙararrawa da kariya
Idan wani abu ya faru a cikin batirin, BMS zai iya sanar da dandamalin don kare batirin kuma ya ɗauki matakan da suka dace. A lokaci guda, za a aika da bayanan ƙararrawa marasa kyau zuwa dandamalin sa ido da gudanarwa kuma a samar da matakai daban-daban na bayanan ƙararrawa.
Misali, idan zafin ya yi zafi sosai, BMS za ta cire caji da kuma fitar da wutar lantarki kai tsaye, ta yi aikin kariyar zafi fiye da kima, sannan ta aika da ƙararrawa zuwa bango.

Zafin Jiki: Zafin zuciyar batirin ya yi yawa, zafin muhallin ya yi yawa, zafin MOS ya yi yawa, zafin zuciyar batirin ya yi ƙasa, kuma zafin muhallin ya yi ƙasa sosai;
Matsayi: nutsewa cikin ruwa, karo, juyawa, da sauransu.
(3) Gudanar da daidaito
Bukatar da ake da itadaidaitaccen tsarin gudanarwaya samo asali ne daga rashin daidaito a samar da batura da amfani da su.
Daga mahangar samarwa, kowanne batir yana da nasa zagayowar rayuwa da halaye. Babu batura guda biyu iri ɗaya. Saboda rashin daidaito a cikin masu rabawa, cathodes, anodes da sauran kayan aiki, ƙarfin batura daban-daban ba zai iya zama daidai ba. Misali, alamun daidaito na bambancin ƙarfin lantarki, juriya ta ciki, da sauransu na kowace ƙwayar batirin da ta ƙunshi fakitin batir 48V/20AH sun bambanta a cikin wani takamaiman kewayon.
Daga mahangar amfani, tsarin amsawar lantarki ba zai taɓa zama daidai ba yayin caji da fitar da baturi. Ko da kuwa fakitin batirin iri ɗaya ne, ƙarfin cajin baturi da fitarwa zai bambanta saboda yanayin zafi daban-daban da matakan karo, wanda ke haifar da rashin daidaiton ƙarfin ƙwayoyin batirin.
Saboda haka, batirin yana buƙatar daidaitawa mara aiki da daidaitawa mai aiki. Wato don saita maƙasudai biyu don daidaitawar farawa da ƙarewa: misali, a cikin rukunin batura, daidaitawa yana farawa lokacin da bambanci tsakanin ƙimar ƙarfin tantanin halitta da matsakaicin ƙarfin lantarki na rukunin ya kai 50mV, kuma daidaitawar ta ƙare a 5mV.
